This Apartment is spread over the second floor of two buildings just one block away from the Georgian Crescent in Limerick City Centre. It has been newly restored to bring back a sense of history while sensitively introducing the best of modern comforts.
The Apartment is a spacious 807sq ft and includes a Sitting Room/ Kitchenette which opens onto the Dining Room. There is also a spacious bedroom with a single and King sized bed (which can be separated to make three single beds).
The Apartment is Climate Controlled in the Winter using an Air to Water Heat Pump, this supplies constant hot water through the year.
This is the second floor of an old building: there is no elevator and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Guests have shared access to a small roof top decking area.
The location of the Apartment is in Upper Henry Street, Limerick.
There are a number of Traditional Irish pubs a quick walk away including Sextons Pub and Dolans Pub and Warehouse. Also worth visiting are Tom Collins on Cecil Street and The White House on O’Connell Street.
Limerick City is a great base to discover The Burren, Bunratty and the Cliffs of Moher. Paddywagon Tours leave from Arthurs Quay Park.
Foodies should not miss the Historic Limerick Milk Market on Saturday from 8am to lunchtime, definitely a food highlight of Ireland.
Limerick city is easily walkable.
We do not have designated parking, but there is street parking outside the building. We also have a great parking rate with Howley’s Quay Car Park. There is a daily/ 24 hour rate for our guests of €7.50 and a three day day pass for only €15.00.
